Helpful Information, All in One Place
Managing your care should be straightforward. Access the patient portal, manage medical records, find trusted health information and get answers to common patient questions, all in one place.
Secure Access to your care
Patient Portal

SCENT's secure patient portal gives you convenient access to important information and services related to your care. Once your account is established, you can access the portal anytime from your computer, tablet or mobile device.
Through the patient portal, you can:

Medical Records
Your medical information is an important part of coordinating your care. If you need records sent to SCENT from another healthcare provider, would like a copy of your SCENT records or need records forwarded to another provider, our office can help guide you through the process.
Patients preparing for their first appointment should arrange to have relevant medical records, imaging and test results available before their visit whenever possible.
Trusted Health Resources
Reliable information can help you better understand your health and make informed decisions about your care. The following independent resources provide patient education about common ear, nose and throat conditions.
Sinus & Nasal Health
Learn about sinusitis, nasal obstruction, allergies, nasal polyps, deviated septum and other common nose and sinus conditions.
Ear & Hearing Health
Learn about hearing loss, tinnitus, ear infections, balance problems, hearing protection and other common ear and hearing conditions.
Throat & Voice Health
Learn about hoarseness, voice disorders, swallowing problems, vocal health and other common throat and voice conditions.
External resources are for general education and do not replace medical advice.
